On Sunday the 23rd April 2017 I have the pleasure of running London Marathon for a fantastic local charity: St Richard’s Hospice. I entered the ballot for the marathon and was lucky enough to gain a place, meaning I was able to choose which charity I wanted to raise money for.
I am running for St Richard’s Hospice in memory of Peter Iddon, a true gentle man that touched the lives of so many around him. I know that Peter inspired so many young people to take up sports and I hope, through what I am doing, I might go some way to continue this in his memory.
