Massive Equestrian Success

Pershore High School Equestrian Team Riders have had incredible success at the National Schools Equestrian Association Championship Qualifiers at Rectory Farm.

Lauren Carpenter (14) won the 90cm class on ‘Drumcong Miller’, qualifying for the National Championship.

Sophie Rushton (18) won the 1m Individual Class on ‘Hooray Henry’ qualifying for the National Championship.

The team of Sophie Rushton, Charlotte Albutt, Jessica Thomas and Grace Plowman won the 1m Team Class qualifying for the National Championship.

Grace Plowman (14) won the 1.10m Individual Pony Class on ‘Fernville Max’ qualifying for the National Championship.

Sophie Rushton (18) came 2nd in the 1.10m individual class on ‘Hooray Henry’ qualifying for the National Championship.

The team of Lauren Carpenter, Mouse Robinson, and Verity Hodge came third in the 90cm class and qualify for the Championship Plate competition.

Lauren Carpenter (14) came 4th in the 1m class on ‘Drumcong Miller’, qualifying for the Championship Plate competition.

This was on top of success at Hartpury in another championship qualifier the day before.

Lauren Carpenter came 2nd in the 90cm competition and has qualified for the National Championship.

The 80cm team of Erin Hobbs, Karus Robinson, Grace Titterton and Gemma Williams came 3rd and have qualified for the Championship Plate.

The 90cm team of Lily Elliott, Grace Titterton, Lauren Carpenter and Verity Hodge came 4th and have qualified for the Championship Plate.

Lauren Carpenter also came 6th in the 80cm individually and qualified for the Championship Plate and Lily Elliott was 10th in the 80cm.
